Requested by a lot of people as of late. Here is pretty much what I do:
  • 4 Avocados
  • 2 Tomatoes
  • 1 Onion
  • 1 Lemon
  • 1 Lime
  • 1 Clove Garlic
  • 1 Cilantro Brunch
Other ingredients that vary upon amounts or types depending on your tastes:
  • Chili Pepper (varies)
  • Ground Pepper
  • Salt
  • Ground Cayenne Pepper
Optional ingredients:
  • Bell Peppers
  • Hot Sauce
  • Mango
  • Shallots
  • Flour
  • Sour Cream
Bowl 1:
Slice the Avocados in half. Cube the flesh.
OPTIONAL: Cut mango in half and cube the flesh.
OPTIONAL: Scoop 2 tablespoons of Sour Cream.
Refrigerate in the meantime for Bowl 2.

Bowl 2:
Dice the Tomatoes and Onions.
Chop the Cilantro fine.
Squeeze the Lemon and Lime Juice.
Sprinkle Salt (preferred 1 tbsp) and Ground Pepper (preferred 1 tbsp).
OPTIONAL: For a more garlicky taste, dice Shallots.
OPTIONAL: For a more salsa-style taste, dice Bell Peppers.
OPTIONAL: For thicker taste, add 1 tbsp flour.
OPTIONAL: For a more vinegar spicy taste, add 1 tbsp hot sauce.

Blender:
Choose a Chili Pepper (2 Jalapenos, 2 Serranos, 1 Habanero). Cut in small pieces.
Cut Garlic in small pieces.
Scoop some of the ingredients from Bowl 2.
Grind all the ingredients. Puree or fine grind.

Final:
Mix and stir the ingredients from the Blender with Bowl 2. Be careful not to overcrush the Tomatoes!!
Take out Bowl 1 and add Bowl 2 to Bowl 1. Mix ingredients. Be careful not to overcrush the Avocados (and the optional Mangos).
Sprinkle Cayenne Pepper for spice.

Refrigerate for 1 day and cover with plastic. The next day, you can taste test the Guacamole. If you feel like it's missing something, sprinkle more Salt, Ground Pepper, Cayenne Pepper, or whatever you feel like adding and mix.

P.S. This is in response to people who wanted me to make some Guacamole for FanimeCon. Sadly, I may not have time, but think of this as free advice on how to make it. =)
