So this weekend was on of the best I've had in a long long time...
Friday started off kind of hectic because my bank kind of fucked me over and there was some type of error causing me to overdraw my account...Anyway I got that taken care of but it was still a major inconveniece for something that was not even my fault.
Work Ended and I had started hanging out with brian. I had gotten my American Footnall vinyls in the mail. I was so fucking stoked. Eventually Jess and Greg came and we all hungout together before deciding to go to my friend caities party in manhattan. The ride there was smooth until the heavens opened up and my gps stopped working. Eventually we found it...met up with my buffalo friends karolina julia and rachelle. This party was so fucking awesome, it was honestly one of the nicest apartments I've ever been to (in tribeca) and the people there were so mature and just not tools. Adam, Nick, and Jesse from UB were there too. It was awesome to see them for the first time this summer...After a great night of mingling and getting hit on by black girls, the four of us decided to bust it. It was a great change of scenery, I've gone to the city every weekend the past couple of weeks and realize it has a lot more to offer me than Long Island
Saturday started by waking up late and getting picked up by Eric. The car ride commenced as me, gill, ilkay, eric, ronie, and hernik drove to Wilkes-Barre, PA for the floorpunch reunion. Both the car ride and show were fucking awesome. Floorpunch legitimately got me stoked on hardcore again. Easily a top 5 band for me...every song is just so fucking incredible I've been waiting forever to see them. Cannot wait to see them again in philly during august at this is hardcore. There were so many dives and sing-alongs it was just a fucking perfect time. On top of that I got to see the whole Buffalo Straight Edge Crew and we just had a great time catching up and I cannot wait to go back and hang with them. I miss Shawn Martin already. Went to this ill 711 type place called SHEETZ after. Was so good. The drive home was quick and was filled with car ride games.
Today me and Weber left Long Island to go to the city again early. We visited karolina at her job SCREME GELATO. Met up with Julia and Rachelle. Took them to chipotle. Shopped a ton in soho. Got great deals, free shit. Walked through some street fair on broadway. Saw some bitch from americas next top model. Left the city around 730 ish. Got home chilled a little then got food with brian. Went to Ty's to warch Entourage and Yo Teach!. Came home and Cleaned my room up a ton. Now I have work bright and early tomorrow...Another week of hell.
