No words to explain

Sorry I couldn’t write you sooner because all this weekend I was at Music Midtown with Porscha, Shannon, and Kirby. On Friday Porscha, Shannon, and I saw little bits of Red Letter Agent and Micheal Tolcher (Local semi famous bands) that were pretty good. Then we were front row for the local North Springers 23 Jinx, and they were amazing. The bad part is that we were up front with Robby Letzler. After the show, with Porscha’s loud voice, we were able to meet the band members, especially the drummer Blaze. After that we met up with Liam, Amanda ( the ex), Austin, Stephen, and Josh Gately. Porscha and I left them b/c we wanted good spots for Interpol ( most famous Indie band in the world right now). When we got up close we wanted to go up further, but this man stopped us and said, “ The only way to go up front is to go up.” Porscha agreed, but she didn’t know really what she was agreeing to, so these 3 guys picked her up and threw her across the crowd. At least she got into the front row. So I was alone and had to look for Shannon. I eventually found her and  we weaseled to the front. Then it was the White Stripes came on and supposedly it is their only performance this year. I found new gratitude for Jack white because the concert was one of the best.  We were almost front row but there were small girls in front of us so we had a clear view.
On Saturday we saw a little bit of Louis XIV and during the concert we saw Kalen and some other guy from the pool. Then we were standing for 8 hours to keep our spots for the Killers.  We saw Bloc Party and they were really good, and Porshca especially liked them, because she was dancing so much. For The Features ( A band like Kings of Leon mixed w/ the Killers ) played and we had spots by  these tipsy girls who could not sing on key. I still liked them a lot so y’all should check them out. This is when the rain started pouring down, and of course I was the only one with a poncho between Shannon, Porscha, and I, so we looked like Siamese triplets the way we had the poncho on. Then Keane played. I think majority of the audience was waiting for the Killers b/c I was the only one who knew the lyrics. Even this one guy who was so on something was throwing broken cigarettes at the band. He was right next to me so I was really freaked out, for one he was wearing all this confederate clothing. When the Killers came, that is when the real party started. So many people wanted to come up front where Shannon and I were. And then at one point some guys shoved their way through, and a lot of people got mad, for one they were drunk and some high, and then were inconsiderate of others. All the Killers band members are so hot in real life.  After all that waiting at the 99x stage we met some interesting people. The most interesting and cute was Paul. Of course Porshca talked to him the most b/c she was about the same height. He knew a lot of mosh pits and bands and supposedly had a sense of humor. Then we didn’t stay for the Pixies b/c Porscha and I wanted to see the Black Eyed Peas. Shannon was sorta mad about that. They are really good live b/c they do a lot of improvisation and they can really dance. It was still pouring and they still gave it their all.
Saturday I went with Kirby and Porscha. I had to ride Marta down to the festival by myself. It wasn’t that bad, but I needed someone to talk to. We only watched Coheed and Cambria because Porscha and I hurt really badly from the day before and we didn’t want to wait 5 hours to hear “Whip It” only.  We painted on this mural that was suppose to be the biggest in the country. I finally realized my relationship w/ Kirby, he’s like my two-year old brother. He painted on the canvas “Be a rebel” and “I love titties” . I was really grateful that my parents let me go to Music Midtown and I hop y’all can come next year.
