* OMG.OMG.OMG. *SQUEEEEEEE*.
I’ve been so happy today after hearing that *points frantically at title* last night. Like, OMG! Katie Jacobs didn’t actually spell that out exactly but we all know it’s totally going to happen so just...YAY!
* I got my precious laptop back today complete with lots more memory, no viruses, a new DVD Drive, uLead (see next bullet) and I HAVE MY EXTERNAL HARDDRIVE BACK! Sadly, it still has the same problem even though they’ve replaced the drive itself, but after investigating further, I’ve figured out it’s the lead that’s the problem (it makes my laptop turn off when i plug it in...bastard) so we’ve ordered a new lead. I’ve been without that hard-drive for months, and within hours of having it back, i figure out the problem myself. What are these technician people paid for? I don’t know.
* uLead owns my life! It’s fucking brilliant! It does so much more than I thought and although it looks quite complicated (to me anyway) it’s actually getting easier. So after I’ve sorted out my hard drive (hopefully in a minute) I’m going to start my new House vid; it’s probably going to take over my life these next few weeks, but it’s totally worth it! Excited much! I’ll probably be doing it whilst I’m on holiday so with any luck it will be finished by the end of August (i plan to make it very good, lol).
* MY PHONE IS AWESOME! When you’ve taken a picture, the phone can set it to music. If you set it to ‘sad’, it puts on this really cheesy sad music and makes the picture fade in and out and shit in black & white, and if the photo is of a person...it actually looks like they’ve died! Seriously. You could totally use it at their funeral! Lol.
It can also take Panorama pictures. (Y)
