One Year Today...
Today is special. It's July 21st. And today marks the one year for me and Jason. It's our anniversary. And unlike the last one, which was sorta-kinda 11 months, this one feels good. No gifts especially for this, we need not have them. Things have been great between us and I'm excited and happy about everything. I'm really glad I'm still with him. I know what my options have been and always will be but I love my Jason. I would love nothing better than to have him... except to have him here with me. But that... is another story. I'm just glad I have him today. That's what our anniversary is about, a promise we made to each other that we've held to this day.
And though right now I am at a loss for words to say about our one year anniversary, I pray that his day will be happy. Because with him in my life, I know mine will be.
