VERY SICK

I have been dealing with the biggest migraine of my life since yesterday and puking since last night. There is something very wrong. Food poisoning? I don't think so I have no idea what it is. My joints hurt my body feels like it's falling apart. I hate lithium. I hate it so much. but I need it.
My body is telling me to go to the hospital but I can't. I am just so stubborn. I just can't.
