I think I understand what you mean. I hope I do. Let me put it this way: what the church has to offer is salvation through Jesus and his teachings. Jesus was not interested in politics but only in our treatment of our fellow humans and our submission to God. We were to worship God and evangelism was strictly for this purpose, not the worldliness of politics. We go too far when we concern ourselves with worldly matters. I would agree with that.
