Sister Bear is very proud of both Brother Bear & his grandcub (my great -nephew-bear).
Brer 🐻 Bear has climbed his last mountain, I hope. Sixty-nine is time to hang up the mountain climbing gear. Sister-Bear is going to be 76 next month and she knows a bit about bad knees and other Age-related conditions. She also knows Brer Bear will be 70 in early fall. Time to walk gentle paths before you are assigned a bright red chariot to walk behind, one like hers. (I'm also glad you met up with one of God's Angels who was able to give you that needed water.)
You are so lucky to have grandcubs to teach & adventure with. You are giving them precious memories. Please don't take any more chances that one will have to be with you if you falter badly --or worse--out on the wilderness trail. That is an adventure they should not have to cope with. Great pictures.
