I think this will be quite a long one and it may not make sense because I'm just spewing my thoughts out. I don't think it's a rant (I've realised I've been doing too much of that (>.<))
So let's start!
According to a recent post on aramatheydidn't, Johnny's will debut a new group for the Volleyball World Cup, and the group will be announced (I think) in the December issue of Myojo, in stores on October 22nd. Who will this group be? Will it be an existing group, or will they create a new group?
I would like it to be A.B.C-Z. Actually, I would LOVE it to be A.B.C-Z. To put it simply, they deserve it. They were formed in the same year as KAT-TUN, they have a wid enough fanbase, they have experience, they are known to many fans of other groups. What else can I say?
The only set-back is that Kawai is currently in a wheelchair, recovering fron an injury. I can't remember exactly when he will be fully recovered. Johnny has said that he wanted to add 2 more members to the group and call it A.B.C-XYZ. Hmmmm. The "XY" part of it is supposed to signify "seXY". Hmmmm. Johnny has also said that things will be big for them in 2012. Hmmmm. If I were Johnny (which I am not), I would put Sanada and Nozawa into the group and re-name it "A.B.C.3" to signify the amalgamation of A.B.C and TOP3. But, I am not Johnny, and how would the arrangement of the group be? I would never allow Sanada and Nozawa overshadow Kawai and Totsu but I wouldn't ever accept them as backing in the same way as Tsukada and Goseki (I don't really like how they're in the background to begin with). And I certainly don't want there to be a 3:4 system that is apparent as Kis-My-Ft2.
If that actually happened, what would be the situation of Mis Snow Man? Sanada and Nozawa COULD stay as part of the group as well as the imaginary A.B.C.3 in the same way that Uchi and Ryo stayed in Kanjani8, and that could work. But, for some reason, I don't think that Mis Snow Man will be as successful as other junior groups. They haven't got the exposure as most of th other juniors have. However, I feel as if I may have to eat my words some day. This also means that I don't think that Mis Snow Man will be the next debut.
We now move on to the group known as B.I.Shadow. They are made up of Nakajima Kento, Kikuchi Fuma, Yuugo Koichi and Matsumura Hokuto. The first two have had quite a lot of exposure; they've been in dramas and are the main two representatives of the group, much like Yabu and Hikaru in Ya-Ya-Yah. They might just take the both of them out (or just Nakajima out) and leave the rest to suffer under the curse of the quartet that has plagued the recent (and not-so-recent) quartets. If they debut, I will cry. I just don't think they're as ready as other groups. I'll probably cry regardless of who debuts.
Let's move on to the group that has no name. On wikipedia, they are called Taiga Team. They consist of 6-10 members: Kyomoto Taiga, Yasui Kentaro, Masuda Ryo, Anderson Casey, Kawashima Noeru, Takada Sho, Ishikawa Takuya, Kishi Takayoshi and there are two others which I see perform with them at times. Ishikawa and Kishi aren't usually bundled with the rest for some performances but there are times when they are. Although their exposure isn't as big as B.I.Shadow, the timing feels right for some reason. Or I'm just biased XD. Either way, I want to see them debut in the next 2 years.
I don't think HipHopJump are ready yet and definitely not Mormoto Shintaro and his Snow Princes which seemed to have been separated from him into Ja(pa)neseHi.
And there are some speculations that this will just be the official debut for NYC because their debut was confusing but I refuse to acknowledge that they are a debuted group.
I have more to say but I can't really out them into words >.<"
I was listening to morning musume's song, Kare to Issho ni Omise ga Shitai!, and there was a trailer for some random Indian movie on tv. It fits! Not the lyrics or anything like that but just the actions that the actors are doing in time to the music.
