yeah, it fucking sucks. I'm not un-packing anything else to get ruined. er. I'm just worried about a job right now....blah. Life is kicking me in the ass again.
Contact the State Health Dept. Let them come see the problem, and let them know how often its flooded.
It gets interesting what will happen when the state starts to come down on you, and will shut yer ass down for letting things like that happen with no apparent *reasonable* fix.
Doesnt matter if the reason changes for the fix, the problem still exists after many attempts at repair.
I had an old friend back in another job that went through the same thing out here. She got the state involved, and they forced the company to fix the problem, move her and her family out to another apartment (they decided to move somewhere else entirely), and any fines that the State levied on the company.
Also, if you have renters insurance, that will cover your damages. If you dont, you could get the company to pay for it because of this.

Also, renters insurance doesn't cover these sort of things, at least now ours...we called them already.
