Tonight was beautiful.
It was one of those nights that has it flaws, its downpoints. But its so amazing simply because despite everything that has happened in the past, everything thats going on in your mind, its only the moment that matters.
It was Courtney's birthday, so we all went to Britt's for the celebration. It was like seven of the best hours of my life. My friends, though we may be a little rough around the edges, are the greatest people in the whole world. Britt, with her ghetto self. Kath, with her insanity. Katie, with her broken hand. Susie and the fact that she's always horny. Derek with his crypt walk. Ryan and his cuddling. Jimmy and his godliness. Kevo and his retardedness. Russ, breaking things all the time. God, I love you guys.
There was a cake fight. That was hysterical.
We went to the diner. It was really bittersweet. Like those last moments of normalcy you share before everything changes again. And though you want to make the most of it, there is always a little piece of your heart thats breaking because you know it can't last.
As much as I'm always complaining about the wood and wanting to go back to college, etc, there are things that I've experienced here and with people here that can never be duplicated.
