So my summer of revolution has begun. It started in a book store, and got better from there... It was kind of strange, my first time in "Bound Together Books" without feeling like a total dork. My first time inside it was due my clever wording. "So... This is an anarchist book collective, eh?" Great job Captain Obvious.
So yeah... I listen to emo, shut up. We went to Amoeba Records after Bound Together and some really good pizza. I bought this Further Seems Forever cd I'd been looking for. When I got to the register I was kind of nervous. "Don't tell my hardcore friends I'm buying this," I said to the guy... So playing of my joke he staples the bag shut and writes "Hardcore CD Inside!" That guy rocks, whoever he is.
When we got back it was the best dumpstering trip ever. We went to Stanford and got a bunch of loot! And I got a new (well, new to me) hoodie! Woo! According to Seb, the type of piano organ we dumpstered is worth thousands of dollars. I doubt we'd sell it if it was. That would anger the dumpster gods... They're not to be fucked with.
