Last trip of the season
I went on a really fun snowboarding trip this weekend with Sam (at the end of MAY!!! WHAT THE HELL?!?!). It helped me recover from last week. He kind of claims to be a beginner, but I think he did really well. We spent the bulk of our time in the terrain park, doin' jumps. Good times all around.
We stayed at Squaw Creek resort, and since it's so close to summer, the weather was amazing. There wasn't even snow around the resort, just on the mountain. We chilled at the pool, played ping pong, and killed time in the arcade. Yeah... it was cool. I felt like radicalizing someone, and this girl walked up to us asking if their was anything to do. We suggested climbing on rooftops, she wasn't down... ("Yeah, I'll be out there in a sec, let me just get off my cell phone and run away as far as I can") That was dissappointing. We didn't find any good dumpsters either. Kind of dissappointing to pay for bagels, but damn did they have good smoothies.
The band's coming over tomorrow. I should probably get ready for that or something. Maybe sleep... I don't know. Good night all.
