February the 7th Day (And a bit about the day after)
I think I can honestly say that our holiday (February the 7th Day) was a complete success! The day before Leigh and I got blue balloons and purple markers, because those are the Feb. 7th Day colors. When we got to school, we busted out the balloons and explained the holiday, and celebration of it spread like the flu.
We partayed all day, and after school Leigh, Shaina, Jeri, and I went downtown. I think Jeri and Shaina got annoyed with Leigh and I, because we did nothing but made refrences to inside jokes. After that Leigh and I went home, and she came to my band practice. Veebs, Franky and I weren't very productive, we just played stuff, talked about different bands, and went downtown to eat. We went to World Wraps to visit Crystel, then went to SUBWAY!!! EAT FRESH MOTHERFUCKERS!! We also went to the new candy store. I was a bum and got as many free samples as I could before Leigh was about to kill me with frustration. Some day I plan to actually buy something there. But for now... no.
Saturday was a lot of sitting on my ass until my guitar lesson. After that, Mah' Neighbor and I went downtown again. After a good 4 hours there, we went to my house and watched this Rage Against the Machine DVD called "The Battle Of Mexico City." Pretty cool, and I learned some cool stuff about Mexico and Chiapas. Then we watched Southpark, then SNL, and and Incubus live thingy. Quite a fun evening!
