Wow, I realized how intense roleplaying can be nowadays. I understand the seriousness of it and shit like that, but lately, I've been reluctant to respond anywhere. I guess I'm starting to out grow rping a bit, but still... I dunno XD

Well, sometimes things like enjoying RP is just a phase that people grow out of, right? But it stinks that people being so serious about it is driving you out of something that was enjoyable. Did something bad happen?

I mean, I know also that some people are just way too into it. There are people who claim to use it to escape reality--and really, that's fine because everyone needs a little escape once in a while. It's the people who use RP to replace reality that take it above and beyond the normal and make it into a huge issue.

Yeah, I guess XD;. Yeah. Maybe I need to suck it up and take it like a man Which I am clearly notXD but I dunno. Maybe it's the way I play certain characters? I'm up for good good constructive crit but I hate being talked about behind my back. I mean honestly no one is a perfect rper. Everyone has flaws. You can't judge someone by one character they rp it's just not right.

AHhaah escape reality, that's true. I don't do rp for that reason though, XD; it's mainly to have fun and make friends >___>;

It has, I am surprised I have gotten on roleplaysecrets twice now myself (both times for good things thankfully) but I agree.

But the important thing I realized is to just enjoy yourself and try not to worry about other people ♥
