EQUALITY AND FAIRNESS DO NOT EXIST
This is a rant, but that seems to be all I do, so who the fuck cares? If you live in the US, maybe you've noticed that there are certain expectations. For instance, GO TO COLLEGE, or BE INDEPENDENT. These expectations, however, are damn near impossible to achieve if you're below the socioeconomic class of "fucking loaded" or "rolling in it". How the hell is someone like me, a average, middle class college student supposed to accomplish her degree if every step of the way there is a financial and logical battle with the istitution she chooses to attend, the government, and her parents??? WHAT THE FUCK PEOPLE. Luke is not the accomplished one. He does not work hard, he wastes all his money, and he goes to a school that costs about 1/5 the cost of mine. How come he gets all the fucking money? How come I can't get a forward, or not be held accountable for the money I owe? How come I have to struggle with a job that sucks, pays me less that what my bills are, and still be expected to complete school when I can't even get a halfway decent loan. WHAT THE FUCK. IF I HAVE TO BE TOSSED OUT ON MY ASS, MAYBE IT SHOULD HAPPEN TO THE BABY BROTHER TOO. shit.
