I'm going on a diet. Yes, a diet. I need to really badly. I've collected a bunch of tips from varius diets and magazine articles and combine then.

Emily's Diet Plan:

- No Carbs

- 8 cups of water musk be drank every day. In order to do that I will soon have 8 bracelets on my right wrist. Everytime I have a cup of water, I move a bracelet over to the left hand. This will help me keep track and the water will flush out a lot of fat that I get.

- One meal a day. Eating any snack will be considered a mean. This way i can't cheat the diet because I would want a larger meal.

- Plenty of dairy products. They may be high in fat, but recent studies have shown that they can help you lose weight.

- 3 walks (or jogs) a week. I will gain more energy and burn off more calories.

- 9 hours of sleep maximum. I sleep too much. My oversleeping can cause me to not be a happy person and I gain more weight sleeping.

- I have to sit up straight more often. Not only will this help my posture, but it will tighten my abs more and straighten out my back.

- When walking, I will try not to walk on flat land only. Bumps in the ground will give my legs more of a workout.

- Protein.

Ok. That's the majority of my diet plan. You guys have to help me out. I'll probably be around where you live sometime. I'll be wandering. So, if you see me, come outside and walk with me! If you see me cheat, yell at me. Don't be afraid to be honest with me. I need some discipline, so being strict and yelling at me, the cheater, can only be a good thing. No I will not get mad at you.
