I dislike being in the middle
The middle is never the place to be if one can help it
The middle can be lonely and constantly under attack from both sides
On either sides of the middle you will at least find others who will comfort you
Comfort you in the knowledge that you have made the right decision
That you are smarter and over all better then the other side
In the middle you will find no such comfort and no sympathy
Neither side has ever made a compelling reason to join their side
Both sides can be equally cold, illogical, and harsh
Yet in the middle is where I have been my entire life
