Day 9

Yay almost done with level 1.
Push ups & bicycle crunches still kill though. :(

I've noticed some changes in my body though. I've been drinking a lot of water, but I don't go to the bathroom as often as I did when I first started the shred and drinking more water. My body's definitely...squishier in places. Especially in the stomach area. What's that mean? @____@
