My Vacation (and afterwards up til today i guess) lol
Wednesday:
Got up early.. like 7 or something.. packed the car and got on the road headed for Stone Mtn. (my mom's car is sooo uncomfortable to ride in) anyway.. about 2PM we got to the park.. and me and Kevin went to hike up the side.. it's a 1.3 mile hike.. plus walking there from the parking lot.. anyway.. on the hike up.. i took off my sandles and jogged up the mtn.. waiting for kevin most of the time.. he was soo tired..
We made it to the top.. Kevin literally collapsed on the concrete in the shade.. lol i went in and bought drinks.. then my mom came out (she cheated and rode the sky lift) she was laughing at Kevin and taking pictures while i downed a poweraid.. Then this cute girl and her mom walked up the moms got into a converstation so i started talking to the girl.
Her name is Ashley, she's like 5' 11" with brown wavy hair, the coolest eyes i have ever seen, and she is an author. Well.. before i knew all of that.. lol everyone was talking about going back down the mtn to do other stuff.. i said i was going to take the trail back down.. Ashley's mom said out of nowhere "Why don't you walk down with him?" Ash looked like she was in shock.. it was kinda funny.. but i got to talkin to her and stuff.. and we kinda became instant friends.. it was wierd.. lol but i met up with her and her mom later for the laser show and stuff.. we sat on a blanket and sang along to the songs.. lol. we were also picking on matt used my phone to IM him.. lol that was soo funny
Me and kevin helped carry all the stuff out to Ash's Jeep she thanked us for the help. I went to give her a hug goodbye and she kinda freaked.. she's really used to cold fish type guys.. which i learned later... but i gave her a hug and exchanged cell #s and stuff.. well like later that night we were invited to lunch on Sunday at her house since it was kinda on our way home anyway.. lol
Thursday:
We stayed the night in a nice hotel and got up early again and headed for Tennessee. When we got to Tenn. we went to check in, but we were early.. so we stalled for time.. lol we got checked in and settled.. then we went shopping and stuff.. and finally we hit the town for awhile.. shoppin and stuff.. it doesn't get dark there til like 9:45!! so we had fun.. i got some new clothes and such.. talked to Ash via txt msgs all day.. then talked to Becca also later that night.. i was glad to hear from Becca, i was beginning to think only local people that cared were Matt... lol but anyway.. we went back to the Chalet (stupid name for cabin) and jumped in the hottub for awhile.. that was nice.. lol then i crashed.. but didn't sleep well b/c my bed sucked ass
Friday:
Holy shit we walked ALOT! we hiked the 1 Mile roundtrip up Clingman's dome.. shitty view at like 9AM with lots of clouds.. i have pics of my mom freezing her ass off in shorts and a tank top..
We went to the Caverns and saw all that stuff.. that was cool.. prolly another mile or so of walking...
Then we went to Cades Cove and walked the 5 Mile roundtrip hike to Abram's Falls.. that was fun.. i'm surprised my mom made it with her ankle..
We went back to the Chalet and just sat around.. went to bed a lil early after talkin to Ash and Becca. I slept like shit again.. lol
Saturday:
HOly shit! more hiking!! lol me and Kevin got up and hiked the 4 Mile roundtrip up the Chimney Top Mtns. the last 100 yards of that hike is all climbing.. lol it's soo fun i have pics and stuff.. i busted my ass goin back down.. and twisted and popped my ankle.. which still hurts.. then we drove to the Arts N Crafts Community thing.. watched some guy blow glass.. that was cool.. went back to the Chalet and i took naps off and on.. talked to Ash and Becca some more.. and i think maybe Matt that day.. i duno.. i slept on the couch that night tho b/c i wasn't sleepin on that bed again.. we had a bad storm and stuff.. power died... the STUPID ELECTRIC COMPANY called us at 1:30!!! i was sooo pissed... but it was automated.. so i couldn't complain to the thing...
Sunday:
I was up at 6AM waking everyone else up trying to get out the door b/c i wanted to visit Ash b4 we went home.. everyone was pissed at me for rushing them.. but we left late anyway.. lol got to Ash's about noon.. she has an AWESOME house.. it's like 3.5 Acres of yard and stuff.. she has a basement full of stuff.. lol anyway.. we walked around her yard and talked and ate pizza and breadsticks for lunch.. which was very very good.. all homemade :) but my mom decided that at 2:15 we should leave.. i made a joke about us having another hour yet then.. lol which turned out true.. we had to take pictures and say goodbyes and stuff.. i kept stalling for more time with different picture ideas.. lol
I duno why but i didn't want to leave.. i guess the thought of being so far away from someone like Ash just killed me.. but i duno.. everything seems to be going good so far.. the distance doesn't seem so bad thanks to computers and cell phones.. lol
Monday:
OMG i slept in soo much.. lol but yea.. i actually slept for once.. i went into work and talked online and stuff.. then i went to Joseph's with matt for a lil while.. and that was fun. then i came back to work and then i went hom and called Ash.. talked to her til like 5 AM.. lol she needed to talk tho.
Today:
got up.. came into work.. went and did CS and stuff with Jig.. now he's here with me.. lol we r tryin to figure out how i can stay at his house.. lol
