I finally got a website to put my photos up on. Check it out and leave a note in the guestbook.
http://snapping.zenfolio.com/ I spend more time wandering around with my camera and taking photos then anything else. I can count on my fingers how many times I picked up my guitar, but I've lost count of how many afternoons I've spent with my camera. It's a way to clear my head. I love it. Absolutely love it.
I've gone from a point-and-shoot I got for Christmas when I was 14 to a Canon PowerShot which took some pretty amazing pictures, to a Nikon D90. Finding things to take pictures of is the same. But now I'm learning how to use a DSLR. I love the shots I've taken so far and it's only going to get better once I figure out changing aperature and shutter speeds to get what I want.
Walk, walk, click, click. Graffiti is fun. I made a game, a scavenger hunt following tags. There's a few that are all over the place and it's like eye spy. There's something about the script that makes it fun to find where else it might pop up. Down an alley. Up an alley. Through the park. Too bad homework isn't as fun as taking a walk with my camera, it might not be so boring.
