So close to summer laziness
Gosh,I feel so lazy to update my lj.I know I haven't still done my recap for Supernatural season finale.Knowing that hell-a-tus is upon us for a long time,I think I can spare this later:p
Also the RL has been so busy lately especially the school stuff.There are still lots of things to do:(
Meanwhile what am I doing?
-I'm watching the shows I neglected so far.Actually there are several shows I watch right now.I'm in the second season of Millennium.Frankly I am so fed up with usual cop dramas.Especially when it becomes "will they or won't they?" this happens when the leads are opposite sex.Yeah,I still see them despite my complaints.Call it guilty pleasure.
Anyway what I'm trying to say is that Millennium was a really good drama.It is so dark and has a unique atmosphere which you can only feel early seasons of X-Files and maybe in early episodes of Supernatural.This is the one and only tv show in which you can see Terry O'quinn before he became "Locke of Lost".
Frank Black is like a version of profiler Mulder.If Mulder weren't crazy for alien stuff so much,he would probably end up a personality like Frank Black.Well,I am not sure about the "gift" thing.
Also I'm about to finish season 7 of SG-1.Man,I have seen Heroes p2 and they frakkin' killed Janet? For god's sake,WHY?
-Oh,Doctor Who...Remember the time I ask whether I will ever love 11th doctor? David Tennant will always be my doctor but I think Matt Smith's doctor' growing on me=) I have watched the mid-season finale last night.I am nothing but relieved to find out who River Song is! Fandom must have figured that already,at least I saw couple of threads in imdb or lj communities.
-Also still watching Sanctuary season 2.The episode in which Helen wakes up in a apocalyptic world was awesome! God,I am so behind to catch the 3rd season.
-One episode left to finish first season of Primeval.Just want to say the geek boy is super-cute and hello James Murray!
-Ah,finally the entire point of this entry.I think I haven't mentioned the long-time expected soundtrack of X-Files made by Mark Snow here? Well guess what? The first volume has been released and guys,you have no idea how much that made me happy! I'm listening to the tracks which I was trying to cut out from the scenes.It is really wonderful.I believe they come with limited edition.Honestly,I would be able to listen all the track if there weren't a post in a soundtrack community in lj.
So let's see my favourites from the list.
1.Uniforms & Reanimation(from One Breath)

The abduction trilogy is a must for everybody.It is one of the key elements that shaped the relationship between Mulder and Scully.For me they are still such a wonderful couple.You become sick and tired when you watch in other tv shows but them.Even though I am not devoted shipper,they are my OTP=)
2.Anasazi ( from Anasazi)

God,this episode.The tune gives me chills while listening.Second season finale is the best cliffhanger of the entire series.Yeah,you know somehow Mulder is NOT dead and will be back but if you are spoiler-free and imagine ten or eleven years before this...how much it left you with a blank expression on your face:D
3.Rail Song ( fron Nisei)
I admit Rufus character changed my point of view about Mr X=) Mulder's mysterious Deep Throat 2.0!
4.JJ's Diner ( from Post Modern Prometheus)

Ahaha,that track does nothing but puts a big smile on my face.It is one of my favourite episodes from season 5 and gosh,now I want to see it so bad!
5.Mother Genes and Little box of Sand ( from Christmas Carol & Emily)

I wasn't big a fan of these episodes to be honest.They are handled pretty well and Scully!angst was on its top.
There is something about those that I can't name.They make me feel sad even if there is no particular reason.I don't know...I guess I like torturing myself with listening to them over and over.
6.Hidden Truths & Big Happening ( from This is not happening)

Now that.I remember how hard I tried to get the background music from the actual episode.There was a conversation between Reyes and Scully just before they find Mulder's body.Scully sees Mulder's ghost or vision and then she runs into the woods.The alien ship disappears with Jeremiah Smith...Yes,I cried for her desperate run ( not her infamous screaming at the end of the episode,though)
From what I have read,there is going to be a second volume.I really don't know which tracks would be included but there are couple of ones that I want.I am not positive I may have missed them if they are included in the first volume cause I keep on playing my favourite ones repeatedly.
The ones I want to hear
-The Red light ( from Paper Hearts)
-The music played when Scully reads her diary ( from Memento Mori)
-The music played when Scully comes Mulder's room and Mulder asks Scully to go back "There has to be end Scully ( from Requiem)
Great...even remembering the scene makes me teary
-The music played when Spender gets a letter from his dad (CSM) and refuses to read.The same scene where CSM types a Navajo story in a secret cottage or sth ( from The End)
I am such an addict for this show! You know if I weren't able to get into Supernatural ,I would say I would never be obssessed with a tv series so much in my life again!
Speaking of Mark Snow,I have also had the chance to listen to his music for Millennium.I can say that one called "Midnight of the Century" is my favourite.
and the XF related stuff which I posted my tumblr=) I lose the track of them in tumblr easily so I just want to have them here as well.
