Title: Breakable
Genre:Super Angst, Romance (which I both fail at)AU
Pairing: RyoPi(Ryo+ Yamapi), hinted Ryo/Uchi(later), Akame
Warnings: PG13 for emo Ryo, language, kissing..etc.
Disclaimer: I don't own ANY of the boys...TT_TT happy now Johnny-san? you just made a young girl cry!
Summary: It wasn't hard to guess that Ryo more than liked his best friend, none of that mattered after his 20th Birthday, when he lost everything that was worth living for...
A/N: I owe my readers a massive apology! I was planning to write this last week, but I lost my school pen drive(or flash drive, whatever you call it.) which contained all of my current ICT coursework. Which meant I spent all of last week trying to redo everything I'd done. -.-; honestly, saying I have the memory of a goldfish would be an insult to the goldfish. Sorry to  chloe_99  I seemed to have killed you TT_TT *tries to revive her*

A few long minutes had passed since the policemen had left, the whole house felt depressed and bleak. Ryo was sitting on the couch, his face gave away no emotion, yet he was shaking uncontrollably. He kept hearing the words over and over again, just replaying it like a broken record, it seemed so unreal. As if this was just some sick joke.

“3 bodies were found...and well Nishikido-san, they’ve been identified as your parents and your sister.”

His two companions stood up and stared at him, waiting for the pale man to respond. Yamapi was the first to break the silence, “R-Ryo, are y-“Ryo had quickly cut him off. “Yeah...could you guys go home right now? Please.”

“Ryo...”  it was Jin who had given out a concerned call.

“Please guys, I-I’m fine.”

“You clearly aren’t!”

“Jin. Pi. Please just leave.”

Yamapi’s  eyebrows furrowed with worry. “No!”

“JUST FUCKING LEAVE ME ALONE!!” Ryo screamed, tears trailing across his cheeks.

A deadly silence cast over the three. Jin was once again first to break it.

“Pi, I think he needs to be by himself right now. We’ll come back in the morning.”

He hesitantly averted his eyes towards the door, while moving towards it. Followed by Yamapi who still faced Ryo. “Get some sleep okay?”

“Y-Yeah, I’ll be fine.”

He heard the front door quietly shut. He was all alone now, Ryo let himself fall to his knees and sobbed.

Yamapi’s POV

“We can’t just leave him like this! Jin, I want to go back.” I demanded, this was genuinely eating away at my heart.

“I know...”Jin began. “But if we stay, he’s just gonna kick us out again. You know how he is; he’ll never admit feeling sad. We’ll just have to wait and trust him.”

“B-But, he just lost his family, we know how he freakin’ feels!” I grasped his hand to cover my disdainful mouth. “Sorry.” I really shouldn’t have shouted at Jin, he was doing the right thing.

“S’Okay...get some rest, we’ll come back tomorrow.”

My head weakly nodded in agreement. I watched my friend head to his car and drive off, I shivered as the cold swept through my body but I continued to walk towards my own car, only to be halted by a thought. Ryo’s heating wasn’t working. What if he gets cold? What if he’s not okay? He just lost his family, he’s not okay!

My body just turned and made me run towards his house, I wasn’t controlling anything, it moved on its own. I cautiously opened the white front door, entering with hesitation.

I turned towards the living room to find Ryo, exactly where I left him, only now he was on his knees sobbing. I felt tears of my own threatening to roll from my eyes.

Normal POV

He just cried and cried, there was nothing he or anyone else could do. This is all my fault. I could’ve stopped them...

Ryo nearly jumped when he felt arms embracing his numb body. “Ryo...” it was Yamapi’s soft whisper. He raised his head up to face the other man, his vision was blurred by his salty tears but he could make out the person holding him. His heart felt like it was going to explode, “Pi...I can’t take it anymore!” he cried, I must seem so pitiful right now.

Yamapi didn’t know what to do, only that he needed to comfort his friend no matter what.

“Shhhh..It’s okay. Cry as long as you want.” That was all he could say, he wished he could be more courageous, tell Ryo that he would be there for him. Look into Ryo’s eyes and tell him exactly what he needed to hear, make his pain disappear. He wanted to confess his love to Ryo, like in soap operas, make everything okay. But this was not a fiction in which such a thing could happen. This was life.  All he could do was let Ryo weep on his stiff shoulder and stroke his hair gently.

The next morning

Ryo woke up to the strong rays that irritated his eyes. It was a little while later that he realised that he was on his bed, still the dark blue T-shirt and jeans he’d been wearing the previous night. Even though he had no recollection of the events of last night for some reason, but that luxury quickly vanished when it all came rushing in. Fresh tears were welling down once again, as much as he wanted to stop, he simply couldn’t. He just covered his entire body under the sheets and sobbed.

“Ryo-chan.” A concerned call came from Yamapi, who was standing next to the door and observing him.

Ryo replied as soon as he could silence himself, although even if he was under covers it was easy to see that he was still shaking. “Sorry, Pi. I’m okay, thanks for staying the night. I must have fallen asleep on you, gomen.” Yamapi confidently moved towards the bed on which his friend was on and sat by the edge. “It’s alright, just don’t suffer alone, okay?” Ryo weakly nodded.

“I’ve made some break-fast for you. I’ll bring it up, it’s probably best you stay in bed. Okay?” Yamapi tried his best to talk to Ryo with his casual smile. Truth was it was tearing him little by little to watch someone he cared for so dearly break down as he did last night. Ryo had never been one to show his true emotions when he really needed to and Pi had never experienced him express his sadness the way he did. It hurt, a lot.

He slowly climbed off the bed, only to be pulled back down by a cold grip. Ryo had thrown the sheets away from him revealing his body curled into a cocoon, shivering torso and his face streaked with tears, accompanied by his red, glassy eyes. His eyes. They were pleading.

“Stay. P-Please, stay with me. I don’t want to be alone.”

Yamapi was shocked by these actions, but he quickly evaluated the situation. He sat back down properly and stared at the figure in front of him. His arms embraced the being, that was when Ryo pushed his body to sit up right. Just enough to kiss the person in front of him, it didn’t matter to him that Pi wasn’t kissing back; he didn’t expect him to anyways.  He just needed the warmth; he needed the person he loved. It came as quite a shock him when Pi did begin to kiss him back, deepening the kiss.

This was the day their lives began to intertwine in ways they themselves couldn’t imagine.

♥♥♥
