Writer's Block: Less Than Idle Hands

Aug 07, 2008 21:40

I fold my hem, first parallel to the edge, inwards, then twice at 60 and 120 degrees to the folded edge so it forms a pointed end.
There's something strangely calming about running my fingers back and forth across the pointed tip.
I'm thinking it's just me.
Used to do this a lot in secondary school, when my pinafore was made of stiff cotton, so I tended to have fold marks at the edge of my skirt all the time.
I like to do this too with stiff table cloths. Haha.
