I love my boyfriend. This was the best trip ever! I haven't gone through any of the pics yet because there are SO FREAKING MANY, but I will have to post some as soon as I stop being lazy. For the most part, it wasn't too hot and sticky. Still worse than here though. I will take a dry heat any day, thankyouverymuch. Gotta love the humidity in the South though, eh? lol. OMG and the fried catfish <333333333 I forgot how much I loved it, but I had so much of it. So worth cheating on my diet for it, haha. Oh, lost almost 10 lbs so far, woo! I bought a shot glass and some article of clothing from every museum annnnd found my mom an awesome pig! Sadly, it's not an Elvis pig (I couldn't find one!!!), but it's almost as amazing. It's a Memphis Blues pig. Same hat and glasses as The Blues Brothers.
Another fun topic: plugs. My mom HATED mine. I had them from jr year of high school until now, only taking them out once a month before sr prom so I could wear normal dangley earrings. She always harassed me about "They're not going to grow back!" "You're going to keep going bigger and have to get them surgically fixed!" or "Aaron is so normal and you look so wild because of your plugs!" (note: she hates my plugs, yet is ok with my tattoos? okkkkk lady). I'd been thinking for a few months about taking them out, just because every time I have a voice concert, I want to wear dangley earrings or when I dress up and go out with friends, I want to wear dangley earrings. Can't I have the best of both worlds and be able to keep them and still wear cool earrings? Apparently not. I have 2 other holes in my ears, but it looked weird. So I finally took them out and I feel naked. I had withdrawels the first few days, but now I'm thinking I should have made a bet with my mom...It's been a week and I can already wear normal earrings. I went from a 0 to wearing normal earrings in a week. Boo-ya. Oh and when I told her, she was just like "Good! I hated them!" in an angry tone.I think I caught her in a bad mood, I thought she'd be all smiles, haha.
Since I never update this, we'll see how long it takes me to actually get a few pics up, haha.
