But if I put the joking aside, and think about this statement for what it says, and not connect it to any specific things or situations in my life... it's probably one of the most insightful judgments that can be made on my character.
I am impatient, in so very many areas of my life. I'm in such a rush to DO everything, but so quick to shy away from or give up on anything that may not come as easy as I'd like it to. I'm a kind of person who likes to see immediate results. I know that not all things have immediate results, and that a lot of things take their time, and I can appreciate that fact... but when it comes down to it, waiting for anything good drives me crazy.
I will perpetually be a little kid on the night before Christmas.
As much as I want to steal this idea and post it on my own journal, i'm too afraid of what people would say...seeing as I don't really have anything nice to say to you.
i think its strange that as intelligent and enlightened as you are, you have such a hard time even acknowledging that there are beliefs and views and ideals different from your own. ive always thought that with wisdom came understanding, but i dont believe that you are understanding at all.
but at the same time, i admire your ability to see above what most see.
