just got back from melt banana ^_^
they were amazing. support was 'meh' to say the most but OMG I want to see them again.
i now have no qualms about going to gigs on my own. i met some lovely people there :D
it was at the same venue versailles played at and was a much better experience. there was only one twat in the crowd. he was blading fat and stank. insisted on slamming into everyone and shoving his way to the barrier. dick.
for the first time in my life i got to stand at the front :D right infront of the singer. it was ace. there were some people moshing but the girl + guy behind me were unbelievably kind and kind of stopped them from hitting me at all. so lovely <3 admittedly fat dicks arms managed to stray past but hes just a piece of shite.
i wish the vk fans were more like this. i know that there are bum loads of lovely nice ones but at versailles there seemed to be quite a few who were just fangirling over the guys, not paying attention to the music in the slightest and stopping people who wanted to enjoy the music from doing so with their flailing elbows.
slightly irritated because i got beer all over me and my roommate was asleep so no shower T_T also couldnt get a cd because they were £12. why not £10? my pounds had rolled out of my pocket at some point so i was annoyed.
