Two more days.
I'm taking the little calendar page for the 3rd with me home. I think it provides a suitable end, since I've been using that calendar as a countdown at work since Day 28. I'll probably end up sticking it in my mirror on the dresser.
I wanted to go to the beach tomorrow and Marion and Amanda were coming to come (with potentially Pam), but I heard rain all blasted day :( At least Sunday will be clear, but very very hot. Still, I prefer the heat over the rain in this case---I would have worried about Scott on the plane even more so if the weather was crappy.
I need to pick up my new glasses, go to the bank and then go to broadway mall to get stuff for New Hampshire after I get out of work in twenty minutes. Last night was decent for a thursday---Marion, Pete, Karn and I all went to Fridays for some dessert, dropped Karn off and headed back to my house for some Brawl until about 1am. We don't play Brawl nearly as much as we did when Scott was here, but I won my fair share of matches. Marion got really good because she discovered that the C-stick is smash attacks ^^
Tonight Marion wants to go to the ABBA tribute or something like that in Hicksville. I'm not sure if it's really my thing, but it's something to do and she wants to go. At least I know "Dancing Queen," so I'm not a total spaz.
I can't believe he comes home and that I'll get to see him in 48 hours.
Sorry, I know i keep randomly inserting time spans into my entries, but he's always on my mind.
Anyways, Lauren McNeil is trying to set Marion up with this italian guy named Nunz. I'm a little skeptical of how this guy is because Lauren can be a little sketchy (along with her friends on occasion), but Marion and the dude have been texting each other and plan to do a group hang out on Sunday. Normally I would have went with her for moral support and to see it this guy was a creeper (I heard he was a big drinker...) and protect my Marion's virtue, but I can't because I'm going to be with Scott since he'll be just getting home. [I remember in perfect detail the night he left---]
Regardless, I want this guy to work out (granted, that is if she likes him). He's def not a creeper in the looks department, he's cute. He just better not try anything on my best friend because then I have good reason to break his face. Rawr.
Ten more minutes of worktastic fun. I've been calling people for three and a half hours straight and my brain's about to turn into slush. 41 phone calls today, booyah. Wendy better appericate the obvious increase in my calling stats :] Today's the last day I can use Mallory's office since she'll be back on Monday. I like using Tara's computer as well, but I like how Mallory's office gives such privacy.
...plus, it makes me feel important being in an office haha.
Oh, I stumbled across a Dark Knight mood theme that I'm highly interested in using. I love my Foxes, but I'm still OCD about Dark Knight. IMAX ON TUESDAY!!!!
