(no subject)
So it's been a while since my last update. I just haven't really had time for all of this. Actuallty, right now I'm babysitting, and updating on the new laptop I got from DELL yesterday afternoon. It's cool I guess.. I hate the whole wierd no-mouse thing. So I'm definitely glad that I got a little mouse to go with it. It is the absoulte cutest, and smallest mouse I've ever seen.
but other than that....
Sorry I haven't really kept in touch with anyone since the summer started. There are a couple of phone calls here and there, but with two jobs and a boyfriend, finding time is a difficult thing to do. I'm also taking political systems online, so that I won't have to take it next year. I already took Econ, so don't get all huffy saying I'm wasting my time.
I babysit every Monday- Friday 7:30 AM to about 4:30 PM. I also sometimes go to Cold Stone on those days to work at night. But other than that, I work every Saturday usually 10 AM to 6 PM and every Sunday open to close.
I was promoted to 'team leader', which is basically being a manager? I don't know. But team leader it is. Our other ones are leaving, so they had to replace them. It's me and Nathan now. I get paid more now. And make the ice cream. It's alright.
Me and the boyfriend are doing well. He had his doubts in the beginning, kept thinking I would dump him after a few days. He told me he got over that after two weeks. I'm so glad we started off as friends, and that's probably the only reason I haven't broken it off after a few days. With all the other guys, we usually were't good friends before hand. Either way, the past month or so has been really good for us. We've grown together. And we're going to Homecoming together. Early planning, yes. But we're pretty sure of things.
So, I'll be at the lake for a while.. I think the boyfriend will probably come for a few days. Depends on who all is coming to start off with. If not, he'll come with us in August. I will get back to everyone. I'm also planning on writing a really large entry about my true feelings of people. I'm pretty honest, remember? So, I'll just let everyone know what I think of them. It's just that a lot has happened, and I need to say it once and for all.
But yeah. I'll have pictures in an upcoming post, I'm sure of it. Lake stuff and hanging with people and stuff from work and all.. You know..
today is Laura's last day at work.. I'm going to miss working with her a whole lot!! She was seriously one of the most fun to work with. oh welllllllll
