good Souls are hard to find
good men whose hearts are kind

walkIng with purpose
with Eyes so deep you could get Lost inside

a man of few words
but drOwning in his thoughts

he keeps to himself
helps lost "children" find their way home

there could be a flood inside of him
wiping out his world
but you would never know
you wouldn't see a glimpse
and he'd help you back on your feet
with his last ounce of strength

putting smiles on faces he will never see
keeping up with the world
working just to get by

this man is A hero
one who is seldomly thanked
(even thought he does not belieVe he deserves one..
those are the ones who deserve it the most)

thanked for the way hE thinks
thanked for the way he is
everYone who has a light inside them
shining like his
should get a thank you
Once in a while for his work

and a hug for his pain
and a kiss on the forehead
for good fortUne
and maybe a little $money$ in his pocket
for his good ol' frieNd jack.
