anyway. i spent this week in nyc. stayed at tess' apartment, hung out with her, nick, natalie, and a few others. seeing natalie was uh...weird.
thursday we went to the Music Choice office and played acoustic, met everyone, socialized, then headed out. after that, we went out to lunch with the eyeball dudes. possibly the funniest guys i've ever met in my life. we left and went over to Radical Media to see our final edit for the video in their screening room. It came out pretty cool. I'm psyched to see what everyone thinks about it.
on friday, watts came home from LA and we went over to Mike McCoy's office for a meeting. he cleared up any questions we had about our contract, explained some publishing stuff...hung out. that dude rules. we had never met him before. i'm glad we have him on our side, he knows what he's doing. afterwords, gio, dave and I went over to bloomingdales in soho. i saw some stuff I liked...but held off from buying it. that night, we canceled our dinner/night out with cristina and instead, nick and I went and got margaritas at tequilas in union square. after that, we headed to leo's house for a party. it was so smokey that i could barely breathe. we left after an hour or so.
came home last night, went to the jacks mannequin show. got drunk. hung out with the audition guys. they were really cool. we're doing full US with them in may/june. i'm really psyched about that. i can tell we'll have a good time.
right now, my voice is gone. i think it's a combination of this week. oh well.
