August 5 Fri. - At Kazuya's gangs meeting spot - 2:04 PM
Kazuya had called for an emergency meeting, at his basketball court, right after Yosuke told him about the incident with Shige. Kazuya knew it was going to be violent and he needed to be prepared. He waited for the everyone important and apart of his group to show up. Once they were all there Kazuya stepped up onto a wooden crate he had dragged there earlier. He looked around at the guys there. He had a few outside the school that followed him too so roughly there was about 25 possibly more. Some were kids he met back at others schools other on the streets some he didn't even know but flocked to him because of his reputation. "We will now be known as the Saints of Hell!" Kazuya yelled out to get the attention before elaborating.
"All right I called you here to inform you if you didn't know already Lucifer's Reckoning declared war on us. That means anyone associated with me is liable to get his ass jumped. LR is pretty big and all are pretty much strung up on drugs so that extra adrenaline don't really give us a good advantage. Because of this I bring new rules. If you can when out on streets have at least more then 2 guys with you. Also since LR has lots of followers and every junkie in town supports them I made many more enemies to my list."
"From now on any friends you have needs to be approved by me. That includes boyfriends and girlfriends. I don't know if they are aiding the enemy like I said earlier I have lots of enemies and they can be one. If I don't like them then its your choice them or me. I know it will be me. We also need reinforcements though so I encourage and will reward anyone that brings good ones to me. Now does anyone have any questions?" Kazuya paused and waited for anyone to raise their hands.
