Beginners (bad) Luck
So, ya....
Candace and I went over to Nick's dorm last night, and we were just hanging out, then he disappears to his neighbors room for a little bit. Then he comes back reaches up on a shelf and no wonder, he grabs his shot glass, then leaves again....
Argh.. so Candace and I just sat in his room, and Khoi came over, in his boxers, and started talking to us. He was just (in his own words) "tipsy". *sigh*.
So anyway, i don't feel like taking my time in writing this, so I'll get to it. So Candace and I finally go over to Nick's friend room. It was funny hanging out with Khoi now visibly drunk. Then Khoi hands me a shot.
dum dum. dum dum..
So ya, i take the shot (ok for me this is a big deal, its my first ever hard liquor). Didn't taste so good (it was rum) to me, but at least there was a chaser. I felt warm after that.
Then Steve goes for a smoke. He comes back and tells us that Public Safety is patroling the building. Oh shit.. so we kinda just stayed there.
Then there was a knock on the door. (my heart was pounding) We get quiet and ignore it (aren't WE the Brightest of the bunch)
They go away, but then they come back again, and POUND on the door. SHIT. BUSTED
So ya, Public Safety caught us. It's a fine, but at least it's internal, nothing goes on my record.
And I could have said that I wasn't drinking they didn't make Candace, Susie (a friend of Khoi's), or me take the breathalyzer. Candace hadn't been drinking, so we don't think that anything is going to happen to her. But Susie is from St. Kate's, and apparently they have a pretty strict policy on drinking.. (and our public safety calls St. Kate's to report it)

It definately was an adventure!!! and expensive one, but it was interesting!
[EDIT Sometime later: Nothing came of it, no community service, no notice, nothing, they must have just let it go]
