it's awesome to get a well spoken opinion, but more importantly i'm happy to get a comment from Julia! i think that we see eye to eye on alot of things and i most certainly agree with you on Nader. even though there is little to none good talk about him, he shows so much confidence in his opinions and he feels genuine about how he thinks that they will help the country. unlike bush or kerry where they give me the feeling of uneasiness. searching for different propositions to interest voters for their votes. on the quiz, it's obvious that i agree with more of kerry's thoughts but the thing is (you're right) he gives off a sketchy vibe. like he'll suddenly change his mind once in office. i think he's really on his knees behind the scene praying that he'll get elected. and then in front of the nation he trys to act calm and collective. and that's something that should be noticed. and with bush there's still all of that questioning WHY WHY WHY WAR... but i don't know, maybe i push out the logic since my brother is involved with the military and will have to be sent back overseas again if bush is elected. ANYWAY... thanks for the comment :)

!!! this is my live journal. i haven't updated in a while though..add me pleaase maam :0)

i had forgotten about your brother. how does he feel about bush? that must be hard..

it does scare me about kerry, and this election has made me think how important it is that everyone vote and everyone should be involved. b/c of a leader uses enough persuasive propaganda he could influence enough people to be in the white house for four years..four years making decisions that aren't good for our country.

i'm not sure if this is true..or where i heard it..but i think i read somewhere that bush was saying how his decision on war was a mistake..but maybe not?

in the paper today it said violence was down. thats good. haha..a positive thing during bush's presidency. not many of those floating around

i have to ask about his exact thoughts on bush. i don't know why i haven't thought about it until now, but thanks for the enlightenment. unfortunately, there's people out there that would provoke this war and not un expectingly bush put us AT war... but i think something has to come out of it. if not for national impact, but for the individuals of it's people. i'm know this war has created lots of emotions and opinions, not all of them can be bad things :) i don't know, just trying to look on the bright side of things. i do, after all, believe that everything happens for a reason. at this moment, the reason could possibly just not be evident.

yea..i was readin a biography on lincoln and how you know the civil war broke out when he decided to abolish slavery..and i kept thinking about this war. i just wonder if there were any people back then who didn't support him b/c he made a war break out..they might have not wanted slavery but thought it was better than have a civil war. i dunno though..something i'd like to look up.

yea...i mean maybe this is going to provoke more people to vote in the future..or maybe when our generation finally gets to vote we'll all be motivated too and ACTUALLY be interested in politics..b/c it seems like a lot of high schoolers are interested in it now.
