Basically our brand effing new iphones can't be connected to itunes because the computer won't recognize them for some reason and it's making me sooo mad...I've done everything the apple website suggested and the people at the AT&T store just said, "well it works with ours..." Effing grand, how does that help me out?

What's the point of paying for them and owning them if they can't work properly?

I actually miss my old LG Scoop.
