Title: Coming Distractions
Pairing: SetoxTomo (D-Boys)
Rating: PG-13 to be safe
Dedicated to: nica1287 for her Kamen Rider Kiva capspams, flailing, support, and letting me whine/ramble about title ideas, or lack thereof.
Summary/Blahblahblah: Seto and Tomo end up watching Kamen Rider Kiva together, but Seto embarrasses easily. Tomo just wants to enjoy the episode in peace, but Seto's having none of that. (Warning: Seto being all pouty and bratty, in case that ruffles your feathers. Looking at you, Toh. XP)

Coming Distractions

"Come on, Seto, I really want to watch it!" Tomo whined, taking Seto by the wrist and attempting to physically drag him to the couch.

"I don't want to!" Seto whined back, digging in his heels but giving up when sock/carpet friction caused him to stumble. "I don't want to."

Tomo paused and pouted. "But when I said we should watch it together yesterday you said it sounded fun," he complained.

"Because I thought you were joking!" Seto shot back, grunting as he was tugged onto the couch, toppling over the arm and landing on his side. "Come on, it's going to be lame."

Tomo rolled his eyes and sighed impatiently. "You're not allowed to judge something you star in," he explained. "And don't make me tell Kumai-kun you said that."

Seto responded with his own heavy sigh. "Okay then, by 'lame' I mean 'embarrassing'. Happy?"

"No." Tomo snorted. "Now be quiet, you're talking over the theme song."

Seto sighed in defeat as Tomo turned away from him to face the TV, turning up the volume with the remote and setting it far from Seto's reach. Seto made a show of shifting in his seat and making little angry noises, trying to ignore the TV while not looking too obvious about watching Tomo for a reaction and failing completely.

"Aren't you finding this boring?" he asked finally, his tone betraying his anxiety.

"Not at all," Tomo deadpanned, attention not shifting even slightly. "Come on, just enjoy it, don't be so uptight."

Seto pouted. "Easier said than--"

"Oh my god!"

He looked back to Tomo, startled and irritable, and reluctantly followed his gaze to the TV. His heart sunk as Tomo began to laugh.

"Aww, the mask and glasses and coat and-- Aww, that is just too cute!" Tomo cried between fits of laughter.

Seto folded his arms and pouted deeply. "Come on, don't tease," he whined. "And don't call me cute! You make me feel like a house pet or something."

Tomo rolled his eyes. "You love it when people say you're cute," he pointed out, voice tripping on dying giggles. "And come on" -- he pointed to the screen -- "you're adorable!"

Seto frowned. "That's it, I don't have to take this!" he exclaimed, lunging for the remote. However, while Seto was quick, Tomo was quicker; he grabbed the remote, scrambling backward until he hit the arm of the couch, dropped the remote behind himself, and pinned it between his back and the couch.

"Ha!" He grinned triumphantly. "What are you going to do now?" He leaned in conspiratorily and confided, "The right answer would be 'watch Kamen Rider Kiva in peace', for the record."

Ignoring the advice, Seto pounced on Tomo and made a rather aggressive attempt to retrieve the remote, stopping only when he elicited a sharp yelp.

"Hey, watch the hands!" Tomo cried, seizing Seto's wrists and pushing him back as he blushed furiously.

Rolling his eyes and propping his elbows on either side of Tomo's reclining figure, Seto pouted emphatically. "Why are you having so much fun humiliating me anyway?"

Tomo rolled his eyes. "You know that look doesn't work on me, silly. Really, who do you think you're dealing with?" He placed a light kiss on the end of Seto's nose and smiled. "Come on, it's only half an hour. Just grin and bear it."

Seto sighed and lowered his head until his chin rested on Tomo's chest; Tomo patted him on the head and turned his attention back to the TV.

"Hey," said Seto. "Hey. Know what we could do instead of watching Kiva?"

"Hmm?" As per usual, Tomo's attention did not shift as he replied. "What's that?"

Seto pulled himself up until he was level with Tomo and smiled lazily. After turning Tomo's head with his hand to ensure he had his attention, he leaned in and pressed an open-mouthed kiss to Tomo's lips.

When Seto had finished and was waiting patiently for a response, Tomo pursed his lips disapprovingly. "Oh, you did not just suggest what I think you did," he warned, glancing back in the direction of the television, but made no move to stop Seto from proceeding.

Seto smiled brightly, mischief in his eyes. "I've changed my mind," he announced. "I'm not giving you a choice." He pulled his legs up until he was stradling Tomo and kissed him again before shifting to trail his lips down Tomo's neck.

Tomo shifted awkwardly, seeking escape but having nowhere to go and being pinned effectively anyway. "Hey," he snapped, "I said to keep your hands to yourse-- nnn. Okay," he concluded weakly, his submission drawing another smile from Seto, "this could be fun too."

And so a compromise was reached, and both were content ("Wait, ah-- A bit to the ri-- nnn. Right... right there.") or so Seto thought until he found himself being uncerimoniously knocked off his already precarious balance and onto the floor with a grunt and a loud thump.

"Ow! Damn it, that hurt!" he cried, rubbing the elbow he'd landed on and grimmacing. Nothing was broken, he was fairly sure, but his right arm was tingling angrily and he himself was less than impressed. "What's the big idea?"

Tomo was already sitting upright again, giggling childishly behind both hands, hair thoroughly mussed and eyes on the TV. "Aww, you're in the tub!" he cooed, beaming at Seto. "That's so cute!"

"Okay, that's it!" Seto declared angrily, grabbing at the nearest couch cushion and pulling himself to his knees. "TV goes off. Pants off too."

Tomo held the remote over his head and grinned. "You want it?" he teased. "Come and get it."

lol all the good stuff is only implicit. *RUNS*
