And yet there has not been a single actual fire this year...
Someone just pulled the fire alarm again. That's the fifth time it's happened this year, second time in the last week, and yet the first time it's not been on a Thursday (or obscenely early on a Friday morning, if you want to be technical)... although it was pulled no more than five minutes after the start of homecoming prom. There were a lot of girls standing outside in flimsy dresses. I felt kind of sorry for them, but a lot of cold air was getting under my coat, so not too sorry.
1. I actually had a don tell me if he ever found out who kept pulling the alarm he would do that person serious harm.
2. After we were all let back into the building, a young man who lives down the hall that I met the other day when we were both brushing our teeth said "See you later", and when I turned I must've looked the way I felt (like I was gonna choke a bitch) because he quickly apologized. ^.^;;
3. Cute Chinese Boy was actually sleeping when the alarm was pulled. He was in his pyjamas. My heart goes out to him, really, but... SO CUTE! X3
ETA: *grinds teeth* Nope, not sorry from the prom ladies. Their music is so loud my chair is vibrating. And quiet hours start in twelve minutes.
...And here I was hoping to get a solid night's sleep.
