As long as it's not Tezuka's baby I'd babysit for him. Only anyone in Tenipuri fandom but Fuji and Ryoma (Because he's just too shota for bebbies) are allowed to have Tezuka's baby. XD

Tezuka Kunimitsu is the OBVIOUS choice for a baby girl. I mean, she has to grow up to be interesting in fishing, tennis, and her studies, or else she will become a whore like her daddy(ies).
