Ryoma likes to be first -- He likes to serve first, he likes to come in first, he likes to be first in line, he just likes to be first. So when his first kiss with Tezuka (really, his first kiss period) has him on the receiving end and completely unprepared, he's less than thrilled.
"Buchou, you suck," is the only thing he can think to say, and Tezuka just shrugs.
