OMG, I don't know if I can stay friends with someone who thinks Last Friends was a fantastic, impeccably crafted drama. SHE IMPLIED SHE THINKS SOUSUKE IS A GOOD PERSON, DEEP DOWN. I am so distraught but I don't dare call her on it 'cause she has a tendency to get really defensive about that kind of thing. (She likes Twilight... Let's leave it at that.)

But speaking (indirectly) of Asano Taeko, I was thinking that KareKano should be adapted as a drama and she should totally head that trainwreck. ( This and also this should give a basic idea as to the thought process there.) And then I could, IDK, not watch it.

BTW I remember, back when I was twirling in circles around my room over the cast and staff for the Gantz films, noting that there was no mention of who would provide the OST. That information has since turned up - Kawai Kenji, motherfucker! More dancing ensued~ He's responsible for some pretty badass works, including the Fate/Stay Night soundtrack, the only OST to impress me enough that I bought it within 24 hours of marathoning the anime.

So this doesn't really have anything to do with anything, but you know how boys love manga kinda has classic works of the genre? The standards? Y'know, ranging from Kaze to Ki no Uta to Zetsuai to Banana Fish or whatever? Well what I'm wondering is, are there any classic/standard/generally well-regarded girls love series? All I can come up with is Shiroi Heya no Futari and... actually, just Shiroi Heya.

And since I'm going off on tangents anyway, my back still kills but isn't bruising at all, and the precise spots where the pain is are making me wonder if I didn't maybe crack a rib or two. That seems kind of like the thing where it'd induce enough pain that I'd be certain, but about a month ago I hurt my wrist and my mom told me if I sprained it I'd be in enough pain I'd know it was sprained so I just shrugged it off, but lo and behold it was sprained after all. Ah well, guess I'll just take it easy for a bit and see how it goes~

last friends, dammit ow, gantz
