Sometimes I like to string together lots of words for no reason.
SO GUESS WHO HAD THE BEST DREAM EVER LAST NIGHT? I WAS A GO-ONGER. =D =D =D Sousuke was there and Renn was there and Hanto and Gunpei and Saki may have been there, I don't really remember, they must not have done much, and moeruze_burning was there! We fought the forces of evil and there was lots of snow and Renn hugged me. A+ DREAM, HELL YEAH, SAVING THE DAY IS AWESOME. |D
Speaking of fucking awesome stuff, I cannot coherently express the awe I am in over this:
During the dubbing of Gundam SEED, Kira's voice actor Matt Hill actually asked the vocal director to kick him in the crotch to make his crying sound authentic.
WHAAATTTT. That almost makes Gundam SEED cool. (Almost.) As it is, I have a great deal of respect for Matt Hill now.
Other stuff:
* Namikawa Directs 1st Film: Live-Action Wonderful World - Speedor is directing a movie full of seiyuu. I'M SO EXCITED. =D =D =D
* "Moyashimon" comes to life - LIVE ACTION MOYASHIMON DRAMA. I'm not all too familiar with Moyashimon but I can't help but wonder who's going to play Kei (= canon crossdresser with a boycrush).
* Beck's Sakuishi to Launch Seven Shakespeare Manga - The guy who wrote Beck. Is working on a new manga. About Shakespeare. \o/
* I lost my link but Bakuman is getting an anime adaption with the director of Honey and Clover and the screenwriter of Genshiken. =/ THAT'S RIGHT, I SAID =/ Sometimes I feel like I'm the only person around who doesn't like that manga. SIGHHH. It's not like it ~personally offends me~ and I hate it a whole lot or anything, so I'm sure I can just ignore it while it's airing, but if anyone decides to flail at me about it I reserve the right to fly off the handle at them.
* I was looking at the Norwegian Wood website and do you know what the projected release date is? DECEMBER 2010. WHAT. NO. MY SOUL CANNOT TAKE IT. *MELTS IN DESPAIR* They'd better at least release further cast and staff details along the way. *dying to know who'll play Storm Trooper and Itoh* TRAN ANH HUNG WHY WOULD YOU DO THIS TO ME? ;_;
* And last but by no means least, SOLANIN TRAILER!!!!1!1348asld <- I am an idiot, please punch me (CONTAINS A SPOILERISH PLOT TWIST so you may wish to close your eyes from 0:50-0:55.)
OMG OMG OMG IT IS JUST SO PERFECT. EVERY LITTLE THING ABOUT IT. THE CAST, THE MUSIC, EVERYTHING. I had my (minor) doubts but Koura Kengo is just the perfect Taneda, a million times better than I ever expected. I can't believe THE TRAILER MADE ME CRY. I now want to do two things: Watch everything Koura Kengo's ever been in, and reread Solanin. Unfortunately I have three essays to write for tomorrow and possibly one for Tuesday so they're both going to have to wait, but still. SO EXCITED FOR THIS MOVIE.
