back for a minute....
ok yeah mardi gras break was ok for the most part....im so tired from everything but im cool. let me break down the festivities......
-friday: drove home. went to walmart for cameras. went to sleep.....
-saturday: went to NOMTOC (a parade) saw a bunch of people out there that i havent seen in years. got my nails done. went downtown later on that night for ENDYMION (another parade). saw some of it. got pissed off because someone threw a ball at me and it hit my hurricane daiquiri which i had bought like 15 minutes before that incident. met a football player. saw a lot of my peeps from skool (Louisiana Tech University) which is odd because most of them arent from new orleans. went to IHOP at about 3 sumthin in the mornin and saw my sweetheart....went home and went to sleep....
-sunday: went to church. did homework. studied for a test. watched the super bowl. went to BACCHUS (another parade). watched the rest of the super bowl at BACCHUS (there were projectors on hotels to watch the game). mad at the patriots winning. went on BOURBON street again. got another hurricane daiquiri which no one hit this time. chilled on the streets. went to a club. got in for free. went on a balcony on BOURBON and saw the street. saw more peeps from skool....
-monday: went to ORPHEUS (a parade). went downtown on BOURBON for a lil while. went to look for a club. found it. stayed out chillin wit peeps. went to the mall earlier in the day....thats about it cuz monday was boring....
MARDI GRAS DAY: stayed at home and slept til like 11. missed the morning parades becuz i was tired. went to see my friend ashleigh. went to see *brandon* and keith. stayed over there for about an hour and a half. went to the club that night. found out it was 20 dollars....didnt go in but my guests from arkansas did. chilled wit my boy charles from mississippi. stole his LIVESTRONG band. cursed some dudes out. had a PINA COLADA daiquiri. didnt drink all of it because it was a 32 oz. and i had to drive. got pissed off becuz they didnt wanna leave the club and i had to drive to ruston the next day. ummm saw juvenile outside the club (no big deal) said hi...he asked about my aunt. went danced outside the car. saw my 05 mustang (but i have a F150) went and took my friend home. went back and got them from the club. was pissed the rest of the night.
wednesday: drove all the way from new orleans to ruston louisiana. went to my room. slept. ate pizza. slept. studied. slept some more.
ok yeah it sounds boring but you had to be there cuz it wasnt that bad. i personally dont get down with the whole MARDI GRAS seen cuz i been there for too many years. yes we did get beads and no we didnt have to show anything to get them. it is not like that. if you are a cute young lady they will give them to you. i have a coconut from ZULU even though i was M.I.A. for that parade. i also mad cuz i didnt get to chill wit someone that i wanted to chill wit but its ok now.
