Making this public...
After still being sore on the subject of the comment left in Marcus's journal about how only people with a rap sheet would think that cops suck...Id like to say this. My family has been closely impacted by how much cops and the nassau county system FUCKING SUCK. My twin Brother who happens to be the most AWESOME MOTHERFUCKER on this planet has been in jail for over four months because of the SUCKY system this stupid fucked up county has. Let me go into this a little further for everyone who doesn't quite understand... Sean, being of VERY sound mind for all of the 22 years and including utero that we have spent together, lost it. He decided he wanted to Kill himself. Now anyone could see me making that decision, as the thought has crossed my mind several times in my meaningless life, but Sean? NO ONE ever saw it coming. Anyway he walked the two and a half miles to the nearest shell station with a pellet gun closely resembling a .45. He entered this convenience store and told the clerk to go into the bathroom, call the police and have them come and KILL him. While all this was going on he decided, what the fuck, I need a stogie. He grabbed a pack, took one out of it, smoked it and put the pack back down on the counter. Once the police arrived he was waving his "gun" at them yelling "Shoot me please, etc etc." This, according to Sean probably only lasted about five minutes. He says he heard a voice tell him to please put the gun down or you're going to die,so he did. I found out later from the clerk that they were going to give him about two more minutes or they already had a shot lined up right for his chest. After he was arrested the arresting officers told him "We know you werent here to rob this place, and we want to help you." As sweet as that sounds, I'll believe it when I see it. As of right now Sean has a Charge of Armed Robbery, 3 counts of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, kidnapping with enhancement, and Retail theft. The state so far has offered him three years in state...what the fuck...are they fucking stupid? He needs help...the armed robbery charge has GOT to get dropped. The rest I can totally understand..but he never even looked at the cash register, and supposedly even let the clerk make a large cash drop before he ordered him into the bathroom. Like I was saying before, the charge is utterley redicoulous..and My brother needs to be back home...where he belongs.
