Not on the diet front, but on the entries side of things. The diet hasn't been going too badly, actually.

I've lost almost six kilos so far, and that's with very little exercise. However, I'll be swimming again this week for 30 minutes straight each evening, so hopefully I'll have weight loss and toning at the same time.

I just checked my BMI and its down to 46. *dances*

Weight: 121.3 kg / 267.4 lb
BMI: 45.1

First Target: 115 kg
Ultimate Target: 90 kg

Reason? If I go too low I will look too drawn.
