I didn't go to the gym at all last week. Cramps were too strong for me to do much more than rest. I hate the ageing process. *grr*
Anyway I went back tot the gym yesterday and took it easy, only doing 3km. I came home knackered - which isn't surprising after a week of non exercise.
Today I went a little further and did a 4.10 km walk over 54 minutes. Prolly not as good as I should be able to do, but I was still knackered from yesterday. :op
I haven't lost much at all over the last few weeks, something to do with it being cheaper to eat shit food than eat healthy food. But I am losing centimetres, which has to be a good thing.
I figure I can prolly start managing 4 km each day that I go, now. And I'll eventually kick it up to 5.0 on the speed, but until my aching legs get used to the 4 km, I'll stick at 4.5 - 4.8 with the occasional kick up to 5.0.
My aim over the next week or two is to get up to 4km with an average speed of 5.0, with the odd 5 - 10 minutes of 5.5. I know I can do it, its just a matter of when. :o\
Anyway - its well after lunch so I should go eat something.
