Character's Name: Kenpachi Zaraki
Character's Age: Unknown - Given the fact that shinigami age slowly, he is likely hundreds of years old. He looks to be in his 30s or 40s, maybe? I'm not good at identifying ages.
Conditional: If your character is 13 years of age or under, please clarify how they will be played. N/A
What form will your character's NV take? His NV will be in the form of Yachiru because he's never without her. I'm thinking a larger version of the plastic Yachiru on this cellphone strap.
Abilities
Character's Canon Abilities: Kenpachi is an accomplished fighter and his greatest ability is his strength. He has such strong reiatsu (spiritual pressure) that he actually wears an eyepatch to contain it and give him a handicap in most fights. The reiatsu gives him extra force behind every strike and makes it more difficult for opponents to cut him.

Weapons: Kenpachi has a sword. It is rare among shinigami swords in that he does not know its name and has not achieved shikai or bankai, the advanced sword releases in the Bleach universe. However, when you're as powerful as Kenpachi, a basic sword works quite nicely.

Point in Canon: Kenpachi will be taken from the current canon point (stuck in Hueco Mundo fighting Yammyzilla). He'll probably blame Kurotsuchi for sciencing him to Siren's Pull.

Character Personality: Kenpachi Zaraki is a fighter through and through. It's the essence of his existence. He loves nothing more than a good fight. He lives and breathes fighting. He smiles crazily in the face of fights that others would quickly flee. Fight fight fight. That's all he does.
Even his name speaks of his love of fighting. He called himself Kenpachi after he learned it was the name given to the strongest Shinigami in every generation. Zaraki comes from his home district, the 80th district in Rukongai, farthest from the Sereitei and the most lawless and violent of them all. He fought his way to the center to become the only captain in the Gotei 13 who earned his position by killing the previous captain.
Yet despite his roughness, his lieutenant is the pink-haired, childlike Yachiru Kusajishi. He found her as a baby in the second-roughest district in Soul Society and saved her from a field of bloody corpses. She has been his constant companion ever since, usually hanging on to his shoulder. While he's not a man anyone would have pegged as the patient sort, when it comes to Yachiru, he puts up with constant aggravation with little more than a tone of annoyance in his voice.
For all of his devotion to fighting, he isn't needlessly cruel. If an opponent is unable to go on, For instance, in his initial meeting with Madarame Ikkaku, he doesn't kill him, saying that he's not interested in weaklings who can't fight anymore.
Although Kenpachi is more of the "lone wolf" type, he will join an organization if it gets him closer to his goals. Becoming a member of the Gotei 13 was a means to an end - more opportunities to fight strong opponents. In another setting, he would align himself with any group he saw as the best way to use his fighting skills.
Kenpachi doesn't have traditional leadership qualities. However, his zeal for fighting can earn him devoted followers. Instead of rallying the troops with a rousing speech and a carefully strategized plan, he'll rally the troops by being the first to jump into battle and match them blow for blow. Highly-skilled Shinigami refuse to seek higher positions in other squads simply because they want to be part of the Zaraki division.
Also of note, Kenpachi has a horrible sense of direction.

Character Plans: Kenpachi's plans are to fuck shit up. OK, I'm joking. But not entirely. Kenpachi enjoys nothing more than a good fight against a strong opponent. He's going to be looking for trouble. AGI offers red light districts and mafia-style violence? Sign him up!
I also think it would be fun to have him become a bounty hunter but then never be able to find his bounties because he's always getting lost. Perhaps because I am incapable of playing a character without injecting some silliness into the mix.

Third Person Sample
One minute Kenpachi was fighting side-by-side with Kuchiki Byakuya, and the next he was being flung to the middle of nowhere and waking up with a killer headache. Fuck that Kurotsuchi. Why did he have to start messing with gargantas and shit when he was in the middle of a good fight?
With a sigh, he looked around to check out his surroundings. It had been a while since his last visit, but he could tell that he was in the Living World. He was in a field, but the night was lit up with bright lights that you didn't see in Soul Society. There were also lines on the ground and structures in the distance that looked like something humans would make.
He saw movement out of the corner of his eye and spun to face it. What was that coming out of the dark? A Hollow? It didn't have a mask, so that couldn't be it. Some new monster? This could be fun. Kenpachi lifted his sword with a smile and got ready to meet his newest opponent.
The figure shambling towards him looked like a normal man in size and stature, but there was something wrong with the skin. It was all see-through and shit. That was just fucking disgusting. There was something coiled in its chest, too.
He had barely registered the coiled mass, when a long and narrow weapon shot out of the monster towards him. He easily deflected it with his sword. It attacked again, and this time, Kenpachi sliced upwards, easily cutting off a chunk. He realized the weapon had come out of the thing's mouth, and the bit writhing slightly on the ground was fleshy. Was that a tongue? Again, fucking disgusting.
On the third try, the tongue hit its target, looping around his torso, but leaving his arms free. He let himself get pulled closer. When there was just a meter or two left between them, he grabbed the tongue near his body and pulled. The monster stumbled forward, and he plunged his sword directly into its chest. One more quick slice, and he cut the tongue, letting the coils fall away.
He flicked his sword to remove the gore and rested it on his shoulder as he looked around the field. "Yachiru? Are you out there?" Now where did that girl go? There wasn't time to think about it, because more monsters appeared quickly. Kenpachi still didn't know where he was, but this place was looking better all the time.
