thursday night
we prepped for the game and completed our 'seven nation army' dance. by the time i got home it was 10:00, so i studied for math before going to bed at around 1:30.
friday
it may have been one of the longest school days ever. first period felt like it took 2 hours to end, maybe because ms. willette wasn't in. my health test was easy, and my precalc test was okay. i'm sure i passed, so that's all that matters. we may get to do corrections on this test, so that's a plus! after school i went to the bank to withdraw some money, then went home and got ready for the game. at 5:30 i went to ashley's and then we left for the game at 6:00. we watched jv for a few minutes before going into the corridor to practice. we found out that by 6:45, the game was sold out, which is a first! my parents didn't get in, but oh well. at 8:00 varsity started, and boy was the game fun! neumann-goretti defeated roman catholic by 8 points [66-58], making their record 11-0, leading the division. st. joe's head coach was there to scalp and recruit, some philly basketball legend was there, and other big names. the game was over at 9:30, so i went home for an hour and then pat picked me up. we went to his house with ryan and nicolai for like a half hour and then pat took me home. ashley, adrienne, ador, chuckie, and byrd were out so i stayed out with them for a little before going in. i went online for a bit and then went to pat at around 12:45.
today
i woke up at 9:45 and asked my mom for her credit card to purchase ashlee simpson tickets, which i succeeded successfully in doing so. 7th row baby! i'm excited, she's like my idol hahah. at 12:00 i went to pat's house and stayed until 3:00. i updated my ipod with some songs. when i went home i watched the game from last night, and now i'm just waiting for pat to get back from the kimmel center. we're just staying in tonight and spending time with each other. we don't get to do that too often anymore.
my family has learned that the guy who drugged delvecchio [my brother's best friend who died in april from an overdose] has also OD'd last night. i guess what goes around comes around. karma is a bitch, what can i say?
