You need to realize and come to terms with the fact that they are not the right one for you
Find things that you love in yourself and worry about taking care of yourself
Don't rekindle things after its over or be friends when feelings are still involved by either party
Don't sleep together or be intimate or flirt
Don't drunk dial
Your ex will manipulate/do certain things to keep you "in the loop"
Its hard when you are used to talking/seeing them so much but you need to stop and its
going to be ok, you need to move on, and that prevents it
They aren't the last or only person you've loved and will love
As long as you think that you may get back together it affects
your mental health and ability to do things such as take care of your children
When an Ex refuses to be an Ex they may check your emails, cause you stress, give you gifts, ruin other relationships you have
They are not loving you if they are sabotaging your success at moving on, more like stalking
You need to put your foot down...tell them you don't want to be with them, and they need to move on and go date
When they are still reaching out to you, but you want to move on you have to cut them off, don't return calls, change your number if you have to
everytime you talk to them it makes you weak and you start back at square one and are therefore not moving on
You need to cleanly and clearly walk away
Don't let them win because you'll just be settling when you can do so much better

shes a "cheerleader"
shes pretty adorable
got to work with corel corral.. cor_rail
...shes a typical white nerdy goody goody 17 year old..
only shes black... whatev though
had to work with jackie....
that was horrible.. that girl is far to slutty and dumb
i just can't take her seroiusly.....
