Good morning
Well yesterday was alright. I worked 915-6 and had a decent day. It wad the launch of the s6 so it was pretty busy. I had only 1 new again and a bunch of everything else. Van pissed me off as usual by bitching at me about fucking nps scores. I'm seriously one of the best reps around but i would never know it because all i hear about is negative bullshit. Ill be written up or moves if i dont get my nps score higher. I have zero fucking control over that. I basically have to beg people not to give me passives and detractors. It's the only metric i havent been good at and its frustrating to be treated like im totally inept at my job because of it. Fuck nps scores. If we have to fluff them like that, then the survey is meaningless.
Aside from that annoying bullshit the rest of the day was ok. After work i went to brickwood to meet up with the kickball team since the game was postponed due to fields still being soaked. The bar was fun, i had food and beers then played darts with thomas, laura and janine.
Off to work for an annoying shift most likely and of course its a extra half hour as usual.
