» Whee, first update in, what, 3 months? /o/
» I've been spending the last week or so being addicted to wasting my life away on Ameba Pigg and Poupee. 8D If you have an account on either site, please add me~ My account for both is lacrimania and my nickname is じむ :D
» One more day before college officially starts for me. :D I was originally supposed to start today, but I went and got my schedule changed so I could start in the morning everyday, which would make it easier for my mom to drive me there on her way to work. So my schedule is now:
Wed 7:30-11:30 - Fundamentals / Observational Drawing
Wed 12:30-2:30 - Portfolio Building
Thurs 7:30-11:30 - Effective Speaking (ew)
Thurs 12:30-4:30 - Color Theory
Fri 7:30-11:30 - Fundamentals of Design
So basically I have a 3-day week and a 4-day weekend. 8DDD I love college~
» I also had orientation a couple of days ago, and the only thing I'm not excited for is that half the people in my major are annoying douchebags. =__= Luckily pretty much all my classes are fundamentals, so I'll be taking them with people from other majors too. And I did manage to meet some nice people, so hopefully I have classes with them~
» We also got our supply kits during orientation and OMFG I WAS GEEKING OUT SO HARD. It came with palettes and drawing boards and SO MUCH PAPER and a bunch of paint tubes and paint brushes and pencils and a new putty eraser and a whole bunch of other stuff and omfg. *____*
» I ended up going to Japan with my parents for a little over a week at the beginning of September. :D We stayed at my aunt's house (actually she's my cousin, but she's old enough to be my aunt so), which was about a half hour express train ride from where all the touristy stuff is (Harajuku, Shibuya, Ueno, Ikebukuro, Akihabara, etc etc). So we had to take a lot of public transportation, which was fun. 8D I love riding on trains in Japan. ♥
I haven't uploaded all the pictures I took there yet (i r so lazy /o/), but I did take pictures of all the stuff I bought and posted them here on Tumblr. /o/
» Speaking of Japan, I didn't get to go to the Arashi concert at Kokuritsu like I wanted to (ticket prices, oh lordy), but I'm working at a part-time job selling knives (lol), so hopefully I'll be able to save up enough to go to the concert in either Osaka or Nagoya in January. :D
